As it is occasioned, free men must reassert and reaffirm their individual liberty, and their rightful station thereof, and guard themselves from the creeping of despotism.

I submit to you this preliminary text:

~An Autonomous Declaration~

I am, and of right ought to be, a free and independent human being; I am entitled by the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God to the powers of liberty vested in me, such as any and all that sustain and enrich my life; with respect for the selfsame powers of liberty inherent in my fellow man; and I claim ownership of all that the exercise of my liberty brings, whether it be failure and loss or success and reward.

I affirm my support for the Constitution of the State wherein I reside, and I affirm my support for the Constitution of the United States of America as being the Supreme Law of the Land; for these are protections of  life, liberty, inalienable rights, pursuits, and property, secured to us by enormous blood and treasure of our ancestors and our contemporaries; and these are limited and enumerated powers and authority that I delegate to a government of my peers, and these are my primary contract with society.

I will not comply with, I will not submit to, and I reject; any and all arbitrary dictates of men, their so-called “laws” that are unmoored from the principles set forth by our country’s Declaration of Independence, or their edicts inconsistent with the Constitution of the United States.

I will, in matters of commerce, as is my free choice, show deference and preference to those of my countrymen who concur with this declaration.

I am an American ~tdv (subconch)
