The Ramifications of the New Consensus: Man-Made Global Warming is a Fraud

earth-on-ice-612x816So it’s out there now that over the past 15 years, the Earth’s temperature has remained flat (that means it has NOT warmed), and between 2000 and 2010, humans have pumped about a fourth as much greenhouse gases into the atmosphere as they have since 1750.

Astronomical increases in the activities of man that were supposed to wreak havoc on the climate of Earth on an apocalyptic scale… did nothing to Earth’s climate.

Couple the new data with the previously unearthed “Climategate” emails, which exposed climate scientists’ manipulation of data and the peer review process, suppression of counter evidence, etc., and it might just spell s.c.a.m.

While we meander our way to the new “consensus” that man-made global warming hysteria is and was a fraud, I wonder if there exists some smart person out there with the capacity to quantify, with some exactitude, the extent to which our economy and the taxpayer has been plundered in the intemperate name of climate “science”.

Furthermore, I wonder if there might be some politician among us with a scrap of honor remaining, who would stand and demand the immediate repeal of every statute, act, regulation, ruling, and treaty foisted upon America that was made possible by this grand hoax.

I wonder if the mass media will retract every story and apologize for their frenzied manipulation of the people under this head. I wonder if the indoctrinal authority called “education” will reprint textbooks, or for that matter make any attempt whatever at reparations for their propagation of this myth.

Since “justice is the end of government”, as Madison said, I wonder if anyone will ever be held responsible for perpetrating such a massive swindle.

I wonder if there will be any ramifications at all that accompany the wholesale realization that climate change panic was always just that… panic, and a pushed panic, at that. Or will we quietly be led to the next manufactured crisis, for the sake of quietly being led?

Must I Speak?

council, God, liberty, responsibility, silence, speech

There are objects of my mind, some long settled and newly reasoned, things that bear such weight, that the consequence of their mention is prohibitive… at least in my mind.

Words from my reason, my ideas, may not only be such that bind and bend the different soul in a particular circumstance, they as well can be of a sort that cannot be entrusted to any or as many and great, that these may be turned in upon, and find harm to invisible men.

But these same compulsive ponderings on the effect of my expounding, that lead me silent, might have a result counter to my imagining, and do damage by their never being heard.

It is a bit of a curse, I think, a sort of hyper-diligence to duty, to honor and responsibility, that I self-censor so. As well I sit with a bit of distrust. It’s not either that I fancy myself some immortal pillar of virtue, for the contrary is clear. Nor is it that I think so highly of mine own creations, for that opposite potentiality is half of the conundrum.

So I’ll take council with my God, as we have kept and may keep these unspoken, lest a man offer to guide my voice, whom I’ll promptly ignore, and return to my original council.

Existence of a liberty no more justifies its particular exercise, than its passiveness renders it just.

UPDATE 10.01.12: To clarify, this writing has NO bearing on our Constitutionally protected freedom of speech! Don’t try to make the connection between this article and recent calls for Americans to shut up to appease Islamic murderers, as I firmly believe these calls are dangerous to our republic, and downright idiotic.
This article is simple introspection, and any correlation inferred by you radical leftist America-haters is pure hog sh!t before it’s even digested.

The Unconstitutional and Immoral Welfare State

Is it unconstitutional and immoral for the government to steal from some people in order to give to undeserving lazy others, or anybody, while pitting Americans against each other? Of course, it’s evil theft for the sake of power. And what IS the government supposed to really DO, anyway?

In her latest paper entitled “God-Given Rights, Man-Made Anti-Rights, and Why ‘Safety Nets’ are Immoral”, Publius Huldah makes the case in context with the U.S. Constitution, and other sources, and as is her usual M.O., the study is well outlined, referenced, and footnoted.

It is the dogma of our time that proponents of government safety net programs hold the moral high ground. Accordingly, Democrats preen over their own “compassion”; and Republicans chime in that they too “believe in safety net programs”.

But safety net programs are unconstitutional and immoral.  They are unconstitutional because “charity” is not one of the enumerated powers of the federal government.

They are immoral because they are based on a fabricated system of man-made anti-rights which negate the Rights God gave us.

I recommend you read and share.
As well as the discussion at hand, this paper also provides a great and easy to understand overview of our Constitution, and the following section headings:

  • The Origin of Rights and the Purpose of Civil Government
  • Political Power is from The People!
  • Federalism & Enumerated Powers
  • How the federal & State Governments are to go about Securing our God-given Rights
  • What Happened?
  • A Government which Provides to Some, must Take from Others
  • Living in a Cocoon?  Or as Free and Independent Manly Men and Womanly Women?
  • The Progressives and the Regulatory Federal Government
  • Man-made “Anti-rights”
  • What Should We Do?

Return of the American Identity

america, constitution, duty, freedom, hard work, honor, identity, independence, liberty, life, original, Property, respect, responsibility, return, self, strength

The American Identity has been taken from her people, gradually, methodically, and with forethought and malice.

The American Identity has been whittled over successive generations, so as to finish it, and remake it.

In the face of unbelievable American success, indigenous foreigners have undone it, in the name of what.

There can be no other cause for the dire state of our union, except that we the people have allowed for our fundamental redefining.

For if government were representative of a people who knew their character, then government would never have done such harm.

Being a nation of, by, and for the people, logic demands that the people know what they are of, by, and for. Hence, the American Identity.

So if we are to be saved from mistaken identity, then we must return to the American Identity, else we be american in name only. Simple?
